Leicestershire County Council Highways has agreed to a Temporary Traffic Regulation Order at the above location.

This Order is required to allow carriageway patching works to be carried out safely by Leicestershire County Council.

🚧 A road closure will be in place on London Road between Back Lane and the County Boundary on:
📅 Friday 21st November 2025
🕤 Between 09:30 and 14:30

🔁 The proposed diversion route will be via:
London Road, Shardlow/Thurlston; A6, A50, Sawley Roundabout, London Road, Lockington-Hemington; and various.

A press release will be issued approximately two weeks prior to the works.
