Village centre businesses / shops no charge, but clarification if stall or door clearance needed.

Charity / small business Organisations:
£10 per 10ft length (or part thereof).

Commercial - Non-food/fair ride
£50 per 10ft length (or part thereof).

Commercial - Food / drink
£60 per 10ft length (or part thereof).

*Any stall selling primarily items intended for consumption, be it during the event or after taken home will be classified as a food stall

Terms and Conditions

I understand and accept that Borough Street will be closed to through traffic from 12 noon until 8pm. I will only be allowed vehicle access from 1pm for delivery and 7:00pm for dismantling

I understand and accept that my stall can't be set up before 12 noon.

I understand that after being allowed entry and setting up a stall I will not be able to depart the market until it closes at 7pm and the road made safe by event stewards

I understand and accept that I cannot finalise any sales until the market officially opens at 3:00pm

I understand and accept that my application cannot be accepted without a reasonable description of goods to be sold

I understand and accept that I may be required to close my stall and leave the market if I choose to sell goods outside of the range listed in my application

I understand and accept that I must bag and take away all waste generated at my stall

I understand that applications cannot be processed after XXX and that they will be prioritised by date of receipt.

I understand that my application cannot be processed without all relevant safety and legal documentation appropriate for my stall
